Saturday.
It was lightly raining.
Coffee.
I finished opening flannel dress.
Now I started deconstruct denim shirt I loved.
I wanted to take pattern out of this shirts.
But it might be too much for me.
Dan was trying everything to get the electricity back on the trailer.
He found another breaker box in the trailer and that was why we didn’t have power.
Ah!
This is one of many mysteries of this old house.
We did grocery shopping.
And made late lunch. Salad and quesadillas.
Very good.
Then we had a great nap.
It was dark all day, and easy to fell asleep.
When I woke up at 5, it was still not completely dark.
The day is getting longer.
I made rice, kale, chicken sausage, and put everything over rice with red cabbage and tomato.
We watched the last few minutes of long game of NBA.
It was exciting, but we feel like that we only need to watch the last few minutes.
A relaxing weekend.
土曜日。
しとしと雨。
ゆっくり起きてコーヒー。
ネルのワンピースは解体が完了。
デニム生地のシャツももう直しが追いつかなくて、でもとても形が気に入っていたので、型紙を取るために解体することにした。
解体しながら思う。シャツは工程がめちゃくちゃ多い。
つくれるかなぁ。
夫は例のトレイラーの電気を復活させるべく奮闘していた。
今日は完全に任せることに。
数時間後、なんともうひとつブレイカーが別の場所にあったことが判明。
なるほど～。
古い家を直した場合は謎がたくさん残ることが多いけれど、これもそのひとつ。
とにかく電気がついてホッとする。
夫と買い出しに出て、色々買い込む。
帰ってすぐに遅いお昼ご飯をつくる。
サラダとケーサディーヤ。
ニンジンとフムスも。
その後しばらくしてお昼寝。
雨で暗くて、なんとも眠たい日だった。
5時に起きてまだ薄明かったのにはびっくり。日は確実に伸びている。
夜はご飯の上にチキンソーセージ、ケール、紫キャベツ、トマトを乗せた丼。
なかなかおいしい。
延長して白熱したNBAの試合の最後5分ほどを見る。
最後の数秒で逆転、逆転で大騒ぎだった。
スポーツは最後の数秒だけ見ればいいのではと思う時がある。
夜ものんびり過ごして、就寝。
静かな週末。
