Thursday.

I worked in Brewster today.

We left house little after 6.

As it was foggy since yesterday, we left little earlier than usual.

It was really really bad.

No one passed us.

Everything went smoothly.

One of the week points of MRI is metal implant.

It’s safe, but it obscures the image.

One patient has big plate in their arm, and it affected image too bad to read.

We explained the situation, and they appreciated our honesty.

I hopped on the 3pm bus.

The sky was clear and beautiful.

The bus driver was happy.

I went to library to kill time.

There was some event for kids, and they were screaming and running, but I like that too.

When I was waiting for the second bus, a pink hair girl started talking to me.

She explains her idea of solutions to kill wildfire.

It was interesting, but she kept talking for like 20 minutes.

She reminded me of NY bus and subway.

Back home, I made red cabbage salad and ate dinner.

I did my workout.

I was tired, but moving my body helped.

I took bus.

I made fire, and waited for Dan to come home.

I wanted to chat, but I was too sleepy.

木曜日。

今日はブリュースターで仕事。

5時に起きて、6時過ぎに出発。

昨日から霧がすごいので、少し早めに出たけれど正解だった。

全っ然見えない。とろとろ運転だったけれど、雪道なら平気で追い抜く車も今日は大人しく走っていた。

仕事はとてもスムーズに進んでいった。

MRIの弱点のひとつは、金属のインプラント。

安全ではあるのだけど、画像を歪めたり、真っ黒で何も見えなくなっちゃう。

午後の患者さんは腕にプレートが入っていて、このまま進めても診断できるような質の画像にならないので、ストップしてその旨お伝えする。

納得して下さったのでほっとする。

3時のバスに乗り込む。

空は一転して快晴。

バスの運転手さんもほっとしていた。

待ち時間は図書館で過ごす。

何か子ども向けのイベントをやっていて、わいわい騒がしいけれど、それもまた好き。

2本目のバスを待っている間に、ピンクの髪の女性に話しかけられる。

山火事を消す方法というのを、延々と説明しだして、ただ頷くばかり。

バスに乗っても話していて、でも終わったら静かになった。

なんだかNYのバスや電車を思い出すな。

家に帰って、紫キャベツのナムルで晩ごはん。

ワークアウトする。

疲れていたけれど、動いた方が楽になる。

お風呂。

暖炉に火を入れて、夫を待つ。

いろいろおしゃべりしたかったけれどもう眠い。
