It was cloudy all day.
The temperature is stable.
There’s snow only on the porch and mobile home.
The snow on the porch is melting and falling down.
I needed to clear the path few times.
This snow is wet and heavy.
Coffee and banana.
Today is the delivery day.
We were there on time, 11:30.
They were still unloading the truck.
Then they separate and lined up alphabetically.
We only had 7 boxes out of 9.
In the end, Dan found a little box from other’s pile.
At home, we checked with list.
While opening the boxes, Dan put frozen bagel in the oven.
We got some produces, rice, pasta, etc.
It feels much better.
I finished darning Dan’s socks.
Then I darned my socks.
It’s almost there.
The winter is good time for this kind of work.
We called Dan’s friend who loves music.
He has a list of old music which is not politically correct for today’s standard.
Many songs were sexist. haha
Dan made tomato carbonara which was delicious.
くもりの日。
気温は安定している。
屋根の雪はあとポーチと、モバイルホームの上だけになった。
それもどんどん落ちてくる。
通路を埋めてしまうので何回か雪かきした。
この雪は重くて湿っている。
コーヒーとバナナ。
今日は月一の配達の日。
１１時半に行ってみると、大きなトラックから降ろしているところだった。
それを名前別に並べて積み上げてくれるので、だいたい出そろったところで確認する。
９箱あるはずが、７箱しかなくって、少し待つ。
最終的に小さな箱が他の人のところから見つかって終了。
車に積み込んで帰る。
家でリストと付き合わせ。
夫は待ちきれなくて冷凍のベーグルをオーブンに入れていた。
野菜も、お米もきた。
ほっとする。
今日は夫の靴下の繕いを終えて、
じぶんの毛糸の靴下を直した。
溜まっていた繕いものもかなりすっきりしてきた。
冬はやっぱりこういう時間だな。
夜、夫の友達と電話。
音楽に詳しくておもしろい。
昔の楽曲で今の感覚ではアウトだろ、という曲をリストにしていて笑った。
セクシズム的にもうだめな曲が多い。
夜ご飯はトマト味のカルボナーラ。
